• Special Offer – Book before 31^st December 2025 and select a specific pitch for no extra charge.
• Electric hook-ups are 16amp.
• Deposit £50.00 per pitch per week or part of week.
• The balance is payable 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the start of your holiday.
• Arrival time 12.30pm.
• Departure time 10.30am.
• Wifi will be available and is payable direct to the provider.
• Specific pitch charge £15 per booking. This also applies to requests to be pitched next to another booking and is payable by each booking. This applies to bookings of 5 nights or over. Please note that this option is only available to direct bookings made through our own website.
• For direct bookings- unless you choose to select a specific pitch, you will be allocated a suitable pitch and will be advised of this on arrival.
• Guests booking through third-party platforms- your pitch will be system-allocated and these cannot be amended. You will be advised of your pitch location on arrival.
• Bookings for more than 2 pitches to be together may only be accepted at our discretion, and by prior agreement.
• Any change to booking will incur £10 admin fee.
• Additional people or vehicles to the original booking must be agreed with us in advance and may be refused at any time (refer to T&C’s) and will be subject to the minimum stay at that time.
• We do not offer seasonal pitches or storage.
• All prices are per night & include V.A.T. at applicable rates.
• If you would like a particular pitch without electricity, water or drainage, give us a call.
• Monies paid are non-transferable.
• We strongly recommend holiday insurance.

Standard Pitches

includes 2 people, 1 unit (a tent / caravan / motorhome / campervan plus awning, and one car). Maximum of 6 people on a Standard pitch including children and infants, with no more than 4 adults (families and couples only).

You may bring 1 Pup tent (max 2m x 2m) or 1 Gazebo (max 2m x 2m) per Standard pitch, however they must fit on your pitch and allow for fire regulations and your vehicle/s.

Standard Pitch are generously sized, average 10 x 12 metres.

XL Pitches

includes 2 people, 1 unit (a tent / caravan / motorhome / campervan plus awning, and one car). Maximum of 7 people on a XL pitch including children and infants, with no more than 4 adults (families and couples only).

These pitches allow space for 1 Pup tent (max 2m x 2m) and 1 Gazebo (max 2m x 2m) per XL pitch, however they must fit on your pitch and allow for fire regulations and your vehicle.

XL Pitch sizes are generously sized, average 12 x 16 metres.
