Fresh daily bread
This summer we will be stocking a delicious range of local Baker Tom’s bread in our shop. Tom bought the art of baking back to Cornwall: using century-old methods and just the simplest, natural ingredients to enrich the flavour. The bakers knead, shape, prove and bake in the early hours and will be delivering fresh, tasty loaves promptly to our campsite in the morning. The range will include crusty baguettes, sough-dough loaves, focaccia, parmesan twists and of course traditional Cornish saffron buns.
